These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the web site located at www.ipodsultan.com, and all associated sites linked to www.ipodsultan.com, its subsidiaries and affiliates.

BY USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE;
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE.
Ipodsultan.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically to be aware of any changes. By accessing the Site, you accept the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and to any changes put forth.  With Compliance to these Terms of Use, Ipodsultan.com grants you a personal limited privilege to enter and use the Site.


Content
All text, interfaces, trademarks, logos, audio, artwork and computer code (“Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, and arrangement of the Content, on the Site is owned by Ipodsultan.com, and is protected by various intellectual property rights.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content may be reproduced, republished, translated or distributed in any way for publication or circulation or for any commercial activity, without Ipodsultan.com’s prior written consent.

Use of the Site.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Site by any illegitimate means. You may not use the Site or any Content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or perform any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of Ipodsultan.com or the site’s users.  You agree not to use any device or method to interfere or attempt to obstruct the proper working of the Site or any transaction being conducted on the Site, or with any other person’s use of the Site.  You agree not to pretend that you are, or that you represent another individual or entity.

Exchange Policy
Dead On Arrival (DOA) Product
Product that arrives in non-working condition are eligible for an exchange.
An Ipodsultan.com product is considered DOA if it shows signs of a hardware failure, preventing basic functionality, when you first use the iPod.  If you believe that your product is DOA, please submit a request for exchange within 14 business days of the receipt of the item.  

Ipodsultan.com will determine whether the product is DOA.  If you misrepresented a returned product’s condition, and/or the damages are user-related, ipodsultan.com may charge you $35 handling fee to your original method of payment.  Shipping and handling fees shall be waived for a DOA product.

SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR RETURN

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) request must be received within 7 business days of the receipt of the product. Personalized or other customized products may not be returned. If the item is deemed returnable and you send it back to us in the original condition, ipodsultan.com will offer you a refund to you, on your original method of payment. You must return the product to the ipodsultan.com warehouse within 10 business days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be sent back in the original packaging, including all accessories.  ipodsultan.com may charge a 20% restocking fee on any item that is not defective and returned within 10 business days.  If you fail to ship the accessories that were originally included in your order, ipodsultan.com may charge you $10.99 per missing accessory on your original payment method.
