Does the iPod come with warranty?
The iPod is still under Apple's warranty. The warranty length per item varies but tends to range from 6-12 months.
We do offer a DOA exchange warranty; meaning if your ipod shows up not working due to power up issues etc, we will replace it free of charge!

How are the prices so cheap?
Our philosophy is, “Why buy new when you can get high quality, fully tested iPod for so much less”
It just makes sense to pass on huge savings to our customer.   

Do you have stores?
Currently, iPodSultan.com offers great deals online. 
We look forward to serving our customers in person in the future.

Does the iPod come in its original packaging?
Most of our units are packaged in the original packaging.  Some units arrive in white/brown box packaging.

What accessories are included with my iPod?
Each unit comes with new earphones and sync cable.

What does “Just like new” mean?
“Just like new” best describes our product. 
Although, light signs of surface wear may be present, the iPod itself functions like it is brand new.

All prices are based on a Minimum Order Quantity of 100pcs
Sample Orders of 25pcs – add $15.00 per unit
Sample Orders of 50pcs – add $10.00 per unit
Orders over 300pcs will be offered a discount price per unit.


All Models come retail packaged unless otherwise stated.
All Wholesale Orders within Canada are subject to 5% tax and shipping charge. Please contact us for shipping quotes.
All Wholesale Orders outside of Canada are subject to shipping charges at the buyer’s expense. The buyer is also responsible for any Duties/Tariffs placed on orders entering their country.
